On May 14, 2024, Qingdao Sanrenxing Machinery Co., Ltd. participated in the “2024 (Fourth) China Radiation Curing (UV/EB) Adhesive and Coating Innovation Forum” jointly organized by adhesive consulting, new materials industry alliance, Guangdong Coatings and Ink Industry Association, and other units located in Guangzhou.
This forum will focus on the research and application of low VOCs adhesives and coatings such as UV/EB and water-based materials. The forum covers basic theories, raw materials, equipment, formulas, processes, markets, applications, and other aspects of radiation curing and water-based adhesives and coatings.
Qingdao Sanrenxing Machinery Co., Ltd. mainly produces hot melt adhesive coating machines. The equipment can be used for the application of hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive, hot melt UV adhesive stickers and tapes, as well as the production of hot melt adhesive films.

UV hot melt adhesive mainly uses mercury lamp irradiation in the UVC band. After irradiation, the adhesive solidifies to achieve the desired performance, with a solid content of 100%. It is environmentally friendly, solvent-free, and does not require drying. It can be applied in high and low temperature environments, food and other product fields.
UV hot melt adhesive can replace solvent adhesive, environmentally friendly and pollution-free, with a solid content of 100% and high viscosity. It can be adjusted for low or high viscosity and can be removed.
